Growing by Two Feet {Halsey Family}

This beautiful family have been clients of mine since their little girl was a newborn and now baby number two, a little boy, is on the way and I'm so excited!  We had a great time in Balboa Park taking some maternity portraits.  The weather started off great and then at one point we got poured on, which made for some fun pictures, but they were such great sports and we just kept right on going.  Love how these pictures turned out and I'm excited to meet their new little guy in March.  He is going to have the BEST big sister ever!These are some of my favorites!

It's a Girl!

This was such a fun maternity and gender reveal session!  I was contacted by Lauren to do this session as a way to announce to everyone that she was pregnant and having a girl!  Her husband is an Officer in the Navy and is currently stationed on the East Coast so he wasn't able to be there, but she was joined by the other man in her life, her adorable son Grant.  He was all smiles and full of excitement.  Between the balloons, the sticks and the dinosaurs he was happy as could be. It was so much fun working with them and I'm excited to meet their new little one at her newborn session!  These are a few of my favorites.

 

 

Nicole & Jeffrey {Engagements}

So it has literally taken forever to post these favorites of a super cute couple and their engagement session.  I've been super sick and that's my excuse :)  These two came out here from Utah for the holidays probably with the expectation of nice warm weather for their engagement session....however they ended up with one of the coldest weeks we have EVER had.  Seriously!!  We scheduled their session for New Year's Eve however we all woke up to SNOW...that's right SNOW!! So we rescheduled for New Years Day and although it was still numbingly cold outside we ventured out.  These are some of my favorites of such an adorable couple.  They are so goofy together and at the same time so sweet.  They are definitely going to have a home filled with love and laughter.

Ava Lillie {Newborn}

What a great way to end the year with an adorable baby girl!  Meet Ava.  She was just 10 days new when I got to snuggle with her.  She was such a sweet little baby and so mellow.  She never fussed or cried until she was done.  She has the sweetest little face...just like a doll.  I loved that we were able to use the bonnet that Great-Grandma made just for her.  So cool!  These are some of my favorites.

 

Tyler & Sierra {Engagements}

This couple was a referral to me from my brother.  I had such a great time at this engagement session.  These two took me to their wedding venue for their session.  I loved the barns and western feel of it...especially the horses!  The location was beautiful but the couple was even more beautiful!  These are some of my favorites.
